This directory contains compressed phastCons scores for multiple
alignments of the following assemblies to the C. elegans genome
(ce4, WS170, Jan. 2007):

  - C. brenneri (Jan. 2007, caePb1)
  - C. remanei (Mar. 2006, caeRem2)
  - C. briggsae (Jan. 2007, cb3)
  - P. pacificus (Feb. 2007, priPac1)

If you plan to download a large file or multiple files from this
directory, we recommend you use ftp rather than downloading the files
via our website. To do so, ftp to, then go to
the directory goldenPath/ce4/phastCons5wayScores. To download multiple files,
use the "mget" command:

    mget <filename1> <filename2> ...
    - or -
mget -a (to download all the files in the directory)

All the files in this directory are freely available for public use.
For data use restrictions regarding the genome assemblies used in this
annotation, see
