VEuPathDB Gene Models

The data for the VEuPathDB Gene Models track was obtained from the VEuPathDB data download page (Release 68) which is curated by VEuPathDB. Data files of type BigBed are derived by converting VEuPathDB-created GFF3 files to GenePred and then BigBed using the UCSC provided tools gff3ToGenePred, genePredToBed and bedToBigBed.
