This track shows individual summits from Imbeault et al 2017. This study was a large scale ChIP-SEQ "screen" of ~200 KRAB Zinc Finger proteins HA tagged and expressed in 293 cells.
Raw data was downloaded from SRA.
Bowtie2 2.3.2 was run with in single-end mode and with --end-to-end --sensitive. MACS 2.1.1.20160309 was run with --keep-dup all and using the control SRR5197033.
